Reign of Power - September 2016
Reign of Power is the story of three women in history, and their lives leading up to their critical junctures history has recorded. Boudicca: a woman warrior fighting the invading forces of Rome; Cleopatra: the last Pharaoh; and Elizabeth I: arguably England's greatest monarchs, tell us their story, as they lived it, as they felt it, and are shaped by people, events beyond their control, and their own decisions. Carolien and Wessex- April/July 2017

Carolien spends her life wishing for more, but afraid. She lives in a small apartment with her cat, Wessex who offers his advise even though Carolien can't hear. Things change when a stranger returns a lost book which causes Carolien to re-evaluate her life and her future. Carolien and Wessex was awarded Honourable Mention for Best New Script for an Albertan Playwright in April, 2017.
